Our Warehouse Pickup option is exclusively available at our Cowarts, AL store, providing a quick and cost-free way to collect your flooring. 3. Business Delivery - Economical & Practical:
This is our most cost-effective delivery option for non-residential locations. Please note, home-based businesses do not qualify. Ensure there is sufficient space and access for the delivery truck and availability to receive goods until 5:00 PM local time.

4. Residential Delivery - Direct to Your Doorstep:
Conveniently receive your order at your home, with rates slightly higher due to the use of smaller delivery trucks for residential areas. Important considerations include:

• Curbside delivery only; drivers cannot enter homes.
• Optional lift gate/inside delivery services available for an additional fee.
• Suitable access for delivery trucks (25-45 feet long) is necessary.
• Having assistance ready for unloading is recommended.

5. Freight Terminal Pickup - Flexible & Cost-Effective:
Choose to pick up your order from various freight terminal locations nationwide, offering a mix of convenience and savings.

6. International Shipping - Simple & Efficient:
We offer hassle-free shipping to Canada, Alaska, and Hawaii, without additional duties or fees, and with curbside delivery. Consult our representatives for shipping times and avoid scheduling installations until receipt of your flooring.

7. Additional Services for Added Convenience:

• Lift Gate Services: Ideal for unloading heavier orders directly to your curb or driveway. Requires a flat paved area.
• Inside Delivery: For an additional fee, our team can move your order into your garage or a designated area inside your premises.

8. Optional Freight Insurance:

ORDER TRACKING AND DELIVERY SCHEDULING

Easy Online Tracking:
After dispatch, you'll receive an email with the carrier's details, your order's tracking number, and a link for real-time tracking.

Delivery Timings:
Scheduled Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm local time. For residential deliveries, carriers will confirm appointments by phone. Be present at the scheduled time to avoid re-delivery fees. Business deliveries do not typically require appointments; contact the carrier if needed. Standard shipping takes 7-10 business days in the continental U.S., with longer times for Alaska/Hawaii and rural areas.
