Return Policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES


Notification and Authorization:To ensure your satisfaction with our products, SnellFlooring.com offers a return option within 10 days of delivery receipt. If you wish to return an item, please contact our Customer Service Department at 334-794-7239 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). Returns without an RMA will be refused, and you will be responsible for any return shipping fees. RMA numbers are only issued within fifteen (10) days following the delivery receipt.


Return Process:

  1. Email chad.snell@yahoo.com to request an RMA number.
  2. Pack items securely to prevent transit damage.
  3. Attach the RMA number on the outside of the return packages using packaging tape, ensuring not to write directly on the package.
  4. We recommend returning items via an insured courier for tracking and safety (e.g., UPS or FedEx Freight). Note that you are responsible for both the original delivery and the return shipping costs, as well as any restocking fees. We can assist with booking your return through our carrier partners at negotiated rates.


Restocking and Shipping Fees:Returns or cancellations are subject to the guidelines of manufacturers or distributors, including a typical restocking fee of 35% plus freight costs for returning any unused materials.


Non-Returnable Items:Please be aware that certain items cannot be returned or refunded. This includes accessory items such as moldings, underlayment, adhesives, special mill orders, and cut orders of roll goods.


Refund Process:Once we receive your return, it will be processed promptly. Refunds are typically issued within 7-10 business days in the original payment form. Allow up to 10 business days after we receive the merchandise for the refund to be reflected in your account.
